Card- A Little Note

Good afternoon from NH. It is 90 degrees and the sun is very strong today. July has been a strange weather month here in NH. Lots of sunny and humid days as well as rainy days with lots of thunder and lightning. But at least there hasn't been any snow. :) Okay, enough about our weather.

 

I Cased this card from Connie Stevens.  It was quick and so easy to make. The only thing that I did differently were the colors and the little pearls. I hope you like it.

Card-stock: Whisper White and Highland Heather.

Inks: Highland Heatther & Granny Apple Green

Stamp Set: Field of Flowers

Punch: Confetti Flowers Border

Embossing Folder: Ornate Floral 3D

Embellishments: Pearl Basic Jewels & the ribbon is white and silver. The ribbon is no longer longer available.

Forever Greenery Hello Card

The very first stamp set I purchased from the new Stampin' UP!  catalog was the Forever Greenery Suite. I love every thing about it. The stamp set and die set, the designer papers and.... well everything else that goes with the Suite.  I thought that I would share the very first card I made using this wonderful set.

 

Here is what I used to make my card:

Forever Fern Stamps, Greenery Embossing Folders, Forever Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper, Forever Greenery DP, Dies, Gilded Gem, Ornate Garden Ribbon,

Soft Sea Foam Card-stock and Memento Black ink.

 

My card was cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4"

Dp Paper was cut 3x4"

"Hello" is from the Forever Fern stamp set and stamped with Memento ink.

 

A very easy card to make. The best part for me was the fun I had making it.
