Ciao! Hip hip horray.......The weekend is here. :) Although I do not work outside the home I still get excited when the weekend comes. I'm happy that Wayne will be home and that we will do something fun now that the spring is here. No matter how small that something might be just being together and being outdoors makes me happy.
I have two Project Life pages to share. One from March and one from April. It feels so good to be caught up with my pages.
Wayne and I have decided to make going out for breakfast a monthly tradtion. We love that the restaurant serves only breakfast, that the food is delicious and that it is right up the road from where we live. These photos were taken in March.
I used pocket cards from Project Life "Plus One" mini kit. All I did was add the month March and a small yellow arrow using a die from Taylored Expressions. The word memories is a die from Paper Trey ink. Keeping my pages simple is important to me but I do love adding a lttle something to them. :)
These photos of Wayne taking a tree down and cutting it up were taken last Saturday. Once spring comes he is outdoors cleaning up our land. Due to the beavers in our brook we have a few trees that have to be taken down becuase of the damage that they have created. So Wayne has extra work to do this year. I do count my lucky stars for being married to a man who takes pride in our home and land, he never complains about getting things done. Due to the beaver dams and the amount of rain that we have had the brook looks exactly as shown on my page. Truly sad. The cards that I used are from the Honey Eddtion core kit from Project life. I am so excited that Stampin'UP! will be selling Project Life.
Thanks so much for stopping by to see what I have been up to this week. I hope that you and your family have a very Happy Easter.
Stay warm, stay safe and Smile BIG. :)

It is always such a joy to see what you and Wayne are up to and what fun you are having, even if it is just being together! That's what it is all about! Have a happy and blessed Easter, sweet Mary! Wayne is a lot like my Bill, always taking care of the property. We have 6 acres in VA and it is always something to do. He loves to be outdoors, taking trees down or doing the trimming. Your scrapbook pages are always so special. Happy Easter to you and Wayne.

Love your pictures and pages, Mary! What a lot of work to keep up your place. (We had a lot of work, too, and that's why we now live in a townhome with no yardwork!)

I'm glad to see that you are still blogging too. I haven't updated lately but I am back making entries while I plan my summer vacation to Indonesia to visit my daughter who is teaching English there. Hope all is well. I saw Tami over the weekend and we got her new phone up and working. You should get a call from her soon. Love, Jan
