A New Kit, A Page & Photos

If you have been blog hopping you might have come across the newest Project Life kit. It is called "Just Add Color" and It is awesome.You can still find the entire kit on HSN.com. I love that this kit offers 2x2 pockets for 2x2 photos and 2x2 cards. It also offers pocket pages that allow you to slip in your 4x4 photos or cards in as well as the 4x6 cards and photos. I also love the colors and the designs that were used for this kit. And it was great fun making my very first page.

 

I chose to use photos of Grace and Wayne from the last time we were all together. Grace and Wayne have a great deal of fun playing together. I used a 12x12 page.

I love using 2x2 photos.

 

Here are a couple of photos of Grace. She is now 18 months old.

Grace was watching Wayne and and copying him.

In this photo Wayne has taken her baby Elmo and this is the face that she gave him.  Check out her pigtails. Ha-ha.

And lastly, I have a card that I made using a photo of Grace. I used PSE to add what I wanted to say on the front of the card. I used Shutterfly to print them and  order them. Thus far, I love everything I have had printed from them.

The Kitchen Reno is 3/4 Finished & A Page

Ciao! I have a few things to share this week.

 

First up a digi page I made using the MDS program.

Grace loves playing with the balls when she comes up to visit Wayne and I. I have lots and lots of photos I took of Grace and Wayne playing together. Here is a page I came up with the two of them having fun. If you would like to see the page larger please double click on it. :)

It has been a long 6 weeks but here is where we are witht the kitchen Reno so far.

 

Cabinets are all in as of Saturday night, Granite was put on last week and the Island was finished. The Water was hooked up.

Wayne and I have decided that more cabinets and counter will be added onto the wall that has nothing on it. The lights will be taken out  and replaced by pendant lights, tomorrow we hope. I still need to buy new curtains, replace two doors from dark oak to white, Buy paint for the walls and the ceiling oh and have the new hood we bought installed over the stove.We should be all done by the end of October.........I hope.
