Ciao! I had lots of fun making my card this week. I used the PPA Card challenge, it's an awesome challenge. So glad I did. :)
Here is what I used to make my card:
More Amore Specialty designer papers. I cut the red heart from a sheet of hearts that is in this set of papers. The card-stock that I used is: Pool Party Whisper White, Primrose petals and Early Espresso. Filled with Love set (last year set) word only. Owl punch, Framelits Hearts A Flutter die, Early Espresso ink and Pool Party satin ribbon from the SAB catalog.I also added google eyes to the owls.
Last night we got more snow. Just a few inches but just enough so that it made a mess and has got to be cleaned up. Tonight we had a small ice storm, who knows what tomorrow will bring. It is after all still winter here in NH.
Valentines Day is just 2 days away. Do you and your Valentine have anything special planned? Wayne and I don't. Hmm, is that what happens after you have been married for 15 years? Just kidding,I'm sure that we will do something this weekend............maybe?
Thank you very much for stopping by my blog. I hope that you wll have a Happy Valentines Day.
Stay warm, stay safe and make sure you Smile. :)
Love your valentine card. We don't do anything for Valentine's Day either. Well, I do make a hubby a card. It rained here yesterday and last night we had lots of heavy winds. Who knows what today will bring. Have a good day. Hugs n' Stuff, Lynne

Adorable card, Mary! Those little owls with the googly eyes are such a sweet touch! We don't have anything special planned here at the Schach house for Valentine's Day. However, my husband is going to accompany the girls and me to the dog show this weekend. This will be his first time to see Lexi in the ring.

Love those owls, Mary, so cute! The heart is the perfect background. I'm getting ready to cut a few of those myself. As for Valentine's, after 36.5 years, we've decided we enjoying a candlelight dinner for two at home rather than out with the crowds! Thanks so much for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week, I always enjoy your cards.
