A Day At The Park and A Digi Page

Buongiorno! Ack! Once again, I had my post almost all set to go but alas, I lost half of it. Not sure how it happened. I think that is the biggest fustration I have using Typepad. If any of you have this probelm I sure would love to hear about it. Surely, it can't be just me or can it? :0

So here is the shorter version of my post.

This is a photo that I took of Grace at the park. My daughter Jennifer, my granddaughter Molly and I all walked to a park near to where she lives. She loved sitting and swinging in the baby swing, laying and sitting in the grass, but most of all she loved pulling up the grass and trying to put it in her mouth. Between he three of us watching her Grace never got the opportunity to eat the grass. Ha-ha.

Grace started teething when she was jsut 3 months old. She will be 6 months old on Sept.1,2012. So far she as been such a good baby with a wonderful disposition. I hope her first tooth pops ups very soon. I used the MDS program from Stampin'Up! to make my page.

It's hard to believe that it is going to be Labor day weekend. Wayne and I will be going to either the first fair of the fall, to Shaker Village, to the ocean or all 3. We are going to take each day as it comes. So what plans do you and your family have for this holiday? I would love to hear about them.

A New Embossing Machine

Have you heard about the eBosser Machine? I am beyond excited about it and have every intention of getting it. I will finally be able to make cards and do other paper crafting. I am so grateful that the Craftwell company made an electric embossing machine. I have the Cricut and the Sizzix machines and they are awesome. But not for someone like myself who can no longer use the cranking action. If your not familiar with this machine, perhaps you will be interested in watching the video that I have uploaded.

 

I think that you are able to order it from the Crafwell company. If you have it or know someone who does I would love to know what you/they think about it. I will be watching HSN on September 13th and ordering it then. I will be giving it a review as soon as I get it and have tested it. Just thought I'd share. As always, thanks for stopping by. :)

 

A Digi Page Of Wayne

As you can see, I am posting on this blog and not my new one.  The biggest reason for that is the very talented designer who was going to design my new blog will not be doing it. She is very busy and has decided to cut way back on her list of clients. So I was axed. :(  Try as I might I have tried to figure out how to get my new blog to do what I  would like for it to do. Unfortunately, I am not a web or blog designer so................I will be staying here at Typepad. Perhaps I will be able to find someone who will do a new banner for me. If any of you can suggest a  blog designer, I sure would appreciate it. :)  

If you have been on Facebook then you may have already seen the photo above of me. I took the photo for the Carolyn Pollack facebook to show her the jewelry set (she designed) that I wore at my family BBQ on Sunday. Anyway, I thought that I would add it to this post. Okay enough chatting.

What a handsome man huh? He is my sweetie. :)

The challenge was simple. All we had to do was to use the word "Believe" on our page.  I used the MDS program from Stampin'UP! I love the new papers and embellishments that they have added to the MDS 2 and all of the neat stuff that they offer every Tuesday. I made a very cool card using the MDS program. I posted it on the Hodgepodge Happiness blog.  I did that before I knew that my blog would not be getting a design makeover. What are you going to do right? :)

 I thought that I would add a photo of Grace and geat-grandpa. I took the photo a couple of weeks ago. She is such a little peanut.
