Oh my, I had no idea that the time was getting late. I had planned to post something on my blog by 9 pm. well that didn't work out well. Ha-ha.
I thought that I would share how I go about taking my people photos. I know everyone else calls them portraits but I like to say people photos. It sounds less formal and more personal. However, on my website I am a tad more formal but on my blogs & when Wayne and I are taking people photos we are very low key and try and have as much fun as possible. Wayne always takes photos of me when I am directing posing people. :) He took lots of shots of me last week when we traveled to take photos of my granddaugther and her friends going to thier Semi-Formal.
I could write about the process I go through when I am setting up to take photos but maybe you would prefer not to read about it. :) Perhaps this photo will be explantion enough? I love taking photos of teenagers. As a rule they love having thier photos taken so it's a win-win experience. The above brings me to the next photo.
Aren't they sweet? This is Emily (my granddaughter's best friend) and her date.Just click on any of my photos if you would like to see them larger. Wayne and I had a lot of fun last Friday evening taking many, many photos of the teens. Okay enough about my taking photos.
Next up is a smoothie that I recently made for myself. It is nutricious and yummy tasting.
I made this recipe up. At least I think I did. Let's put it this way, I did not look for a Mango smoothie recipe. It really is very good.
Mango Friut Smootie
1/2 cup of frozen chunky Mango
4 frozen strawberries
1 banana
I use Soy protein powder(optional)
1/2 cup of soy milk (Milk, yogurt or icecream can be used instead.)
4 ice cubes.
Blend well and enjoy
I have been working on a small DYI project. Because I'm doing it myself it is taking a little more time then I would like. It is coming out awesome and I can hardly wait to share it with you. I hope that you are enjoying your summer so far. Today we had a gorgeous day. We certainly needed it after so many days and nights of rain. Many more good days to come too. :) Thank you for stopping by. And thank you for taking the time to let me know you have been here I really do appreciate it. Stay safe & Smile. :)
Your doing a great job with your people photos !! Keep up the good job. Thanks for the smoothie recipe. Have a great day. Hugs n' Stuff, Lynne

More great photos! The smoothie sounds delicious, and I am definitely going to make it. We finally got some much needed rain yesterday. The yards, gardens and flowers were very happy! :)
Have a great week...looking forward to your next project!

They look so sweet together in the pictures. <3 Speaking of sweetness, smoothie is indeed sweet, delicious and healthy, especially if you use yogurt instead of cream. May I ask, what's your favorite smoothie, girl?
