Hello to all of you. It is Sunday and it is a hot one! I hope it's cooler by you. :) This week I made a card for the PPA109-Celebrity Color Challenge. I made my card using the MDS program because I did not have the DP that I needed or ribbon for this challenge. So this weeks card is digital not paper crafted. However, if you have all of the items in card-stock etc....that I used to make this card, you certainly can make it a paper card.
Here is my card.
Here is what I used.
The digital color card-stock: Calypso Coral, Riding Hood Red, Basic Gray and Whisper White. I used Basic Gray to print the image, a ribbon is Calypso Coral and I added a digital staple at the upper left hand corner of the Whisper White digital card-stock. I used the digital stamp Friends 24-7 and Hello Doily.
Next up is a digital page that I made using a challenge from Soul Scrappers.
Once again I used the MDS program from Stampin'UP! To make the title for my page I used PSE. If you would like to download the title that I made you will find the link at the very bottom of my post.
I have some personal news to share with those of you who visit my blog. I am going to be a great grandmother. I am very excited and can hardy wait to have another baby in our family as well as having another generation added to our family.
Molly is my first born granddaughter and the mother to be.
I took this photo and a few other photos of Molly right before out family BBQ started.
I wanted to take her photos as tastefully as I possibly could. I think that I succeeded. I took a few more shots of Molly being 14 weeks pregnant. If you would like to see them they are located at my photography blog.
I hope that all of you have been enjoying the weekend. Wayne and I went to the Hopkington Fair yesterday. Fifteen years ago this month was the very first time we went to this fair. We had a wonderful time. It certainly did bring back happy memories. Stay safe, stay cool and Smile. :)
