I have a card to share with you. I made it for the PPA86 - Element of Style - Embossing Challenge. My card is very simple but than most of my cards are. :) It took me only ten minutes to make once I knew what it was I wanted my card to look like.
Here is my card.
Stamps: Crosses Of Hope and Teeny Tiny Wishes.Card-stock:Whisper White and Old Olive. The Dp that I used is Paisley Petals and will be available on april first. Contact your SU demonstrator for more information. This paper is absolutely gorgeous! Inks:Versamark. I also used gold embossing powder, a tiny pearl and a Burgundy grossgrain ribbon. All products are from Stampin'UP!
Wayne and I had our portraits taken this weekend. It was part of a birthday gift to me from Wayne. It was very important to me that we had our photos taken for my birthday this year. I do not have the special lighting or back drops so taking them myself indoors was not an option. We had quite a few photos taken here are a few of them.
Wayne has such a beautiful smile. :)
Just a fun pose.
One of my favorite poses of Wayne and I together.
Another fun pose and one that shows the real me at age 60.
Yup! I still wear jeans and hoodies. I dress casual, I live simply,I smile lots, and I do the very best that I can each and every day. At age 60, I am "Veganish" I eat chicken otherwise I would be considered a vegan. :) I am young at heart, have much more wisdom then I ever thought possible and a lot more patience than I expected to have. I'm in a good place in my life and for that I am grateful. That about sums up how I feel at being sixty so far. :) I hope that what ever your age is you feel like your in a good place too.
No digital page this week but I do have Word Art that I put together to share with you . You might be 60 or have a parent or a grandparent who is and if so then perhaps you can add it to a photo or a page you might make about someone in your life who is 60.
