Hi Ladies. I have been MIA due to personal reasons like fighting a virus that does not want to leave me, trying to stay on top of keeping my home in order and making lots of digital scrap pages fro the 10books that I am giving as Christmas gifts. Wayne thinks I have taken on a little more then I should have and I think he just might be right. Anyway, blogging , Emailing and making cards have been all been on the back burner much to my regret. I have a number of new SU stamp sets from the mini catalog and the big catalog that I can hardly wait to use. I miss stamping more then I realized I would. I hope to make a card tomorrow. :) For now I have a page that I made for my granddaughter Darcy's book. I hope that you like it. I know that Darcy will.
I remember this day like it was yesterday. There was lots of snow outdoors so Darcy and her sister Molly were not able to go out and play. But because they were at Mimi and Grandpas house they still had lots of fun. When I saw Wayne and Darcy quietly looking out at the snow together, I grabbed my camera and without them knowing I was able to take two photos of them. A moment frozen in time and in my memory. So there you have it another page for her book. I have about 10 more pages to make yet. Yikes! I used the MDS program to make my page.
Our weather has been wonderful for this time of the year. Yes, we have had some rainy days and some days where the wind was blowing harder then I would have liked but still the temperatures most days has been in the high 50's and yesterday it was 60 degrees. I have only been able to go for a walk 2 times in the past two weeks. I miss walking daily but I'm certain that I will be back to that very soon. :) It is so hard for me to believe that Thanksgiving Day is only 2 weeks away and that Christmas will be here in 6 weeks? Oh my gosh I am so not ready for that. Are all of you ready for both holidays?
Thank you very much for stopping by to visit my blog. I hope that all of you had a wonderful weekend and have a great week. I will be back when I have something else to share with you. I hope it will be a card. :) Remember to stay safe, stay warm and smile when ever you can. :)

This is a touching page, Mary! Your candid shots captured the moment perfectly. As for the holidays, the Boxer Twins will make their first road trip to their "Aunt Sissy's" house, who is even borrowing crates from a friend so we don't have to haul ours. But I have also realized that this will be "The Year Without a Christmas Tree". There is no way I will fight two puppies over a tree. I think it would be a disaster in the making! lol Rest up and start feeling better...and don't over-do it!

Mary, you certainly captured a precious moment with this page. How fortunate your grandchildren are that you are taking the time to give them a gift that will last forever. Hope you are continuing to feel better!
