Pretty In Pearls Card & A Few Photos

Hi ladies, this week the PPA challenge is called PPA58-Pretty In Pearls. I could not resist doing this challenge when I saw the photo of Audrey Hepburn wearing her signature black dress and white pearls. This card is suppose to be clean and simple as I think by now you all know how I love clean and simple. :)

Here is my card.

 
 I sure sure hope that you can see all of the little pearls that I used. Four of them are on the flowers on the embossing folder. A litle hard to see.

Here is what I used.

All products are from Stampin'UP!  Stamps: Silhouette Sentiments & Occasional Quotes. Card-Stock:
Basic Black & Very Vanilla. Ink: Black and Rich Razzleberry. I also used basic pearls,Elegant bouquet embossing folder and a Rich Razzleberry satin ribbon. I used 10 tiny pearls. Can you see them all? Hope so. :)  

We were very fortunate here in New England. We escaped the hurricane that was suppose to hit us. Thakfully all we got was rain. And the air is so much cooler. yay! I went for a 2 and a half  mile walk this evening and it was so nice. On Tuesday, I went and visted my daughter and 2 granddaughters for a little while.  I don't get to see them as often as I would like to. So if coure I took a few photos..

Yes we dodged the storm, we were very lucky.
We cut our little trip short because of it & driving home yesterday morning in those down pours was aweful...no wind at least & we made it safe & sound.
