I Hi Ladies, I made a card using the PPA 661ASketchy Challenge. this week I love participating in this challenge and look forward to It ach week. This challenge was a very simple one. Hope you like my card.
Here is my card
All products are from Stampin'UP!
I have lots of photos to share with all of you but will not be able to until after this weekend. Wayne decided to buy my birthday gift early, a little less then 6 months early. He bought me an IMac computer. It is amazing but I have never used an IMac so I have some learning to do. Anyway, we had to bring it back today along with my regualr PC so that I can have all of my photos, music and files tranferred from my PC to the IMac. It should be all set to go by Tuesday but becuase the IMac store is about 50 miles from where we live Wayne will not be able to pick it up this weekend. I am using my laptop right now and do not have an editing program in it. I never felt that I needed one. I sure was wrong about that. At least I was able to use Wayne's computer to have my card resized.:)
We had a wonderful weekend. Fiday it was so hot that we had to go back to wearing sumer clothes.Saturday was a warm day too. Today it was warm but not too bad. Also on Saturday we had a 3.2 earthquake in NH in my area. We do live on a fault line but the last time we had a quake was 15 years ago. It sure was scary. Our house actually shook and the sound was so loud that it was hard to know what it was. Thankfuly, a 3.2 is not serious just scary. I am so glad no that I had earthquake insurance put onmy home 8 years ago. :) You just never know. So that has been the exciement my way this weekend.
I will of course be back whe I have something more to share with all of you. Oha nd by the way, there is still one more week to enter the challenges at Soul Scrappers. Lots of stamp sets are being given away. Just go here to where the challenges are pick one you would like to do snd a have some fun. :)
I hope tha all of you have a wonderful week.Stay safe, stay cool and Smile. :)
What a pretty card Mary. Love the lay-out (want to try it myself) and that big leaf. I can't believe we had an earthquake. We were at the movies when it happened. That was my first one.

Mary, what a gorgeous card!!! I love that leaf in the corner (must be a punch or die ;D) and that DP....so gorgeous!! Aren't you a blessed girl and it is so good to see that you DH is spoiling you!! Way to go my friend. I am so shocked about that earthquake....who knew you'd get on all the way up in NH. Glad it was not that serious, we had a few of those small ones while we were in Okinawa,Japan and for me that was something I had never ever felt, from where I am from ;D. Can't wait to see a pick of your new "baby" as I know you love playing on computers with all of those amazing scrap pages you are making :D:D. Have a save week and know that someone all the way on the other side of the country is thinking about you!! Hugs my friend, Sabrina

It's been far too long since I've visited and here you are making Thanksgiving cards. It's the first one I've seen. Love the composition and colors of this. It's been so hot here, it hasn't been easy thinking autumn, much less Thanksgiving and the C word.

Beautiful card, Mary! I love fall cards! Oh my gosh...an earthquake? Wow! We had one here 40 years ago, but I can still remember it. It was small, but scary! It certainly spooked the farm animals! Can't wait to see your photos after you get your new computer back!

The card made with fall colors is just beautiful, and I always like button(s) used as embellishments. An earthquake in NH...wow! Glad you are okay. Please let us know how you like your IMac...I am sure that you will like it. What a nice, early surprise from Wayne. Looking forward to seeing your photos. Have a great week! :)
