Hello Ladies. I hope that you have had a terrific week and that your weekend is going well. I have a couple of things to share with you today.
The first thing that I have to share are Halloween Fancy Favor boxes that I made for our grandchildren. I *love* the Fancy Favor Die and I'm so glad that I purchased it. These adorable little favors will be great for Christmas, birthdays, and so many other celebrations. I purchased it from Stampin'UP! of course. :) These boxes are also for the weekly Pals Paper Arts challenge. This week the challenge is anything but a card.
Here is a photo of 4 of the 7 favors that I made.
Other then the white tin and the M&M's every thing else is from Stampin'UP! I used Fancy Favor # 115965 Night & day specialty paper #116768 located in the Holiday Mini catalog. The stamp sets that I used are: Eat drink & Be Scary and Batty For You. The punches I used are: the 1 3/8 round, Scallop circle, Small Tag and Tag. The ribbons that I used are: Dusty Durango, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Eggplant. Inks are: Dusty Durango, Old Olive, Eggplant and Pumpkin Pie. I also used black and white brads for the handles. Oh and I also added Halloween colored confetti in each of the favors. I purchased the confetti at a local craft store. These were a lot of un to make and I will be making many more of them for different occasions.
Personal Ramblings
Thirteen years ago I met Wayne. We fell in love quickly. I knew that this was the man that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. So far so good. :) As all of you know I think the world of him and feel like the luckiest woman in the world to have met such a wonderful, unselfish, hard working, and a very funny man who loves his family. Wayne and I married one year after meeting one another. Because this was not a first marriage for each of us we had a very simple wedding. It was a beautiful despite the fact that it was just the two of us.I thank God every single day of my life for having such a loving and kind man come into my life. Twelve years later and we are still going strong. Here are a few photos I have to share with you.
We did have our photos taken professionally on our special day, October 25, 1997.
Every year Wayne and I take a few photos on our land to commemorate our special day. We take the photos when the leaves are turning. This year it was a tad earlier then most years.
Here is another one that we took that day. Thanks for visiting and for looking at the Fancy Favors and all of the photos. I hope that all of you have as wonderful a Sunday as Wayne and I will be having. Smile. :)

Happy Anniversary, Mary and Wayne! I wish you many happy more. You have a while to catch up with me and my John. We celebrated 41 years, October 19. Life is good when you have your best friend by your side. Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos. Nice boxes too!
